Tutorial: einen Quilt Block Paper Piecen

Hallo Ihr Lieben,
ich hoffe Ihr hattet eine schöne und entspannte Osterzeit! Ich melde mich heute mit einem Tutorial zurück, das ich Euch vor einiger Zeit angekündigt hatte. Mein Spinning Pinweel Block wird nach der sogennanten Foundation Paper Piecing Methode (Nähen auf Papier) hergestellt. Ich weiß, dass viele sich nicht an Paper Piecing herantrauen, und ich kann das durchaus verstehen. Wenn man aber das Prinzip verstanden hat, ist es sehr einfach und macht richtig Spaß! Das Nähen auf Papier ist im Grunde nicht schwer. Wirklich kompliziert finde ich persönlich nur, herauszufinden, wie man die Stoffe so zuschneidet, dass man nicht zuviel Verschnitt oder zu wenig Stoff hat. Und wie man seine Stoffstücke so legt, dass sie den abzudeckenden Bereich auch wirklich überlappen. Deswegen habe ich Zuschnittschablonen erstellt, mit denen Ihr Eure Stoffe zuschneiden könnt. In der Anleitung begleite ich Euch Schritt für Schritt durch die Herstellung des Spinning Pinweel Blocks. Wenn Ihr Fragen habt, meldet Euch gerne bei mir! Ich freue mich auch über Feedback! I hope you had a beautiful easter weekend! Today I’m back with a tutorial, that I’ve announced a few weeks ago. My Spinning Pinwheel Block is made using the foundation paper piecing technique. I know that many are afraid to try foundation paper piecing. But once you understand the basic principles it’s really easy and so much fun! Sewing on paper is not complicated at all. Finding out what size to cut the fabric and how to place it correctly is the most challenging part in my opinion. This is why I made cutting templates you can use to cut your fabric. In the tutorial I will guide you through the process of making the Spinning Pinwheel block step by step. Let me know, if you have any questions! I’m also happy for any feedback.
