Enchanted Blog Tour

Hallo und willkommen bei meinem Stop auf der Enchanted Blog Tour! Diese tolle neue Stoffkollektion meiner Riley Blake Designs Kollegin Dodi Poulson strotzt nur so von bunten Blumen und süßen Mustern – diese Punkte und die Eichhörnchen, einfach zu schön! Und die Farben haben es mir besonders angetan! Ich wollte zwei Projekte machen, die ich schon lange nicht mehr genäht habe. Erstens meine Sleep Tight Schlafbrille, das erste Tutorial überhaupt, das ich auf meinem Blog veröffentlicht habe. Die ist einfach immer wieder ein schönes Geschenk für einen Menschen, der einem am Herzen liegt (oder besser: dessen Schlafqualität und Gesundheit 😉 Und zweitens, mein Notting Hill House Mini Quilt, eines meiner ersten offiziellen Schnittmuster! Hello and welcome to my stop at the Enchanted Blog Tour! This beautiful new fabric line by fellow Riley Blake designer Dodi Poulson is full of pretty florals and sweet prints (those dots and squirrels!!) – and I just love the colors! I decided to make two projects, that I haven’t sewn in a long time! First my Sleep Tight sleeping mask, which was the very first tutorial I published on my blog a few years ago. It’s one of my most popular free patterns and I still love this project – it’s the perfect little gift for a dear friend you care about (or better: their sleep quality and health ;)! And second, one of my first quilt patterns, the Notting Hill House Mini quilt. I haven’t been in London for quite a while, but seeing images of the colorful and pretty little houses always brings a smile to my face. Would you like to play with Dodi’s sweet new fabric line, too!
